find your spirit


Today, I am grateful for becoming more comfortable with my physical form, for connecting on a deeper level with my authentic self, and for seeing my habits shift to conscious choices. 

I am learning how to be passive and receptive so I can float instead of trying to swim upstream. 

I accomplished making it to my mat and thoroughly enjoying my yoga practice. 

I delighted in watching a flock of birds fly into a beautiful formation, in finding a wild orchid in the woods, and in making space for myself.
