make good choices


Today, I am grateful to be in a place where I can recognize fears that perpetuate anxious feelings without shame. 

I am learning how to honor myself with respect. 

I accomplished recognizing I am afraid of letting go of my pain and trauma. 

I delighted in having hard conversations that lead to great revelations about my team, in receiving positive feedback about my performance at work, and in continually gaining new perspectives.
