you are better than you think you are
Today, I am grateful for the comfort of my bed, for my body and its ability to move, and for the honor of sharing in the journeys of my chosen family.
I am learning I am better than I think I am. I have a skewed perspective and a tendency to default to criticism and judgement. My previous automated response served me well, honoring that gives me the space to transform how I react moving forward.
I accomplished asking a direct question. Last month, fear would have steered me away. Today, I spoke my truth.
I delighted in watching my dog nap, in catching up with a person I love, and in feeling sexy.
