celebrate the "little things"


Today, I am grateful for the patience and practice that allows me to step back from my thoughts. 

I am learning how to allow trust and innocence to be my guides. 

I accomplished reviewing what I want in life and believing I can achieve it. 

I delighted in making space for my meditation practice, in a sink full of clean dishes I didn't wash, and in enjoying the company of my best friend.
