feedback matters

Today, I am grateful for the brilliant people I work with, their ingenuity and the opportunity to collaborate to solve problems makes my days fun. 

I am learning how to provide feedback up as well as down the organizational hierarchy. 

I accomplished having a candid conversation with a mentor. 

I delighted in welcoming all the new plants in my backyard and in getting some great guidance from a person I respect.
