create space for yourself

Today, I am grateful for my yoga practice and community. 

I am learning how to hold space for myself, how to keep my mind quiet on and off my mat, how to turn down the volume on self-critical thoughts. 

I accomplished loosening my grip on my to-do list. 

I delighted in a hug from someone I care about, in FaceTime with a soul sister, and in watering my whimsical garden.
