“feel the love, see the light.”

Today, I am grateful for signs from the Universe that reinforce how things “work out” when I have faith and trust. 

I am learning new tools to help me stay grounded, to keep my energy field close, and to promote alignment. 

I accomplished dual awareness. I both felt the feeling, and observed the feeling. #Progress not perfection. 

I delighted in dinner, drinks, and live music with friends.
