judgmental chickens

Today, I am grateful for people that understand what I am going through. I am thankful for their compassion; it comforts me and inspires me to be more compassionate toward myself and others. 

I am learning how to release "over-thinking" and "over-analyzing" when my heart and not my mind is where I need to go for answers. 

I accomplished staying silent instead of attempting to fix someone else's problem. 

I delighted in connecting with a friend at book club, in seeing a new flower bloom in my garden, and in understanding the emotional root of a physical pain in my body.
