Today, I am grateful for my increasing self-awareness and for the opportunity with every breath I take to practice radical acceptance. 

I am learning how to set healthy boundaries at work. 

I accomplished taking a shower and making it to my mat. These two activities are particularly challenging when I’m tired, on my moontime and energetically drained, even though I know they will make me feel better, which they did. 

I delighted in a walk with the pup which felt like a big step in coming back home to my self-care and wellness practices, and another big step in his recovery.
