take the leap, the universe will catch you

Today, I am grateful for my faith in the Universe and for my willingness to ask my angels for help when the worry gremlins start creeping in. 

I am learning if I approach a situation with curiosity, I am less likely to take things personally. Spoiler alert: when I feel criticized, it's usually not about me. 

I accomplished giving myself space to rest when I recognized I had nothing left to give. 

I delighted in connecting with my soul sister, in a delicious lunch, and in watching my dog sleep contently with his head awkwardly off the bed.
