compassion opens the heart


Today, I am grateful for the courage to speak my truth. 

I am learning how to have compassion for myself. 

I accomplished accepting I attached to all the feelings today. Being mindful of when this occurs and specifically where I am in my moon cycle helps me return to and remain in the seat of the observer. 

I delighted in sharing how I was feeling with my bestie, in being honest with my new boss about what I want for my future, and in getting a burger and fries for dinner.
