Today, I am grateful for therapy and a work schedule that allows me to put my mental health first.
I am learning how essential grounding exercises are to keeping me in alignment. Connecting to the earth deepens my connection with Source, balances my energy, and brings me peace.
I accomplished breaking down all the boxes from my move (almost a year ago) and tidying up my shed.
I delighted in waking up peacefully with joy in my heart and a smile on my face, in the morning light shining through my windows and in the afternoon light shining through the trees, and in filling my belly with yummy Thai food.
