"if you build it, they will come."

Today, I am grateful to be in a place where I find a reason to smile and laugh every day. 

I am learning to trust I am supported and even if what I am doing seems crazy, my community will come. 

I accomplished giving myself what my body was telling me I needed, a day of rest. 

I delighted in being kind to myself, in binge watching Gilmore Girls, and in waking up in fresh sheets with a snoring dog by my side.
