Today, I am grateful for burritos and show recommendations from my bestie. 

I am learning how to recognize when I need to pull my energy in and ground myself. 

I accomplished being ok with not getting as much done as I wanted. 

I delighted in starting my day with a relaxing yoga practice, in conversing and coloring over lunch with the girls, and in waking after a long night's sleep to the smell of fresh air and the sound of a squawking bird.
