it’s not what you do but how you do it
Today, I am grateful to be living more and more in the present moment.
I am learning when I create “to do” lists, it only confines me to a box of what I perceive needs to be done. This behavior constricts my openness, it blocks me from experiencing spontaneous miracles and enjoying endless possibilities.
I accomplished running errands and getting a walk in with the Poe.
I delighted in buying delicious goodies for my friends at Farmer's Market, in a perfectly made mocha, in receiving an amends from an ex, and in hugging friends I haven't seen in almost a year.
