move mindfully


Today, I am grateful to have a circle of people I can grow with. 

I am learning how to go slow and mindfully move through the motions of my day. 

I accomplished tidying up without stressing about what “should” be done and instead focusing on what I had the energy for. 

I delighted in watching the leaves fall, in crawling into clean pjs and a clean bed after a hot shower, and in solidifying plans for the first gathering at my new home.
