we're all a little crazy sometimes


Today, I am grateful for the people in my life that accept and love my crazy. 

I am learning how to observe when my mind creates a worry story.  When I’m feeling uncomfortable with the unpredictability of the unknown, my attachment to needing to be taken care of is triggered, and my brain attempts to control something, anything.  Witnessing this reaction helps me get curious about my attachment and helps me to self soothe. 

I accomplished enjoying a plan free day. 

I delighted in my soul sister picking up two more wool bead garlands for me, in making a delicious tuna casserole, and in connecting with my bestie.
