focus on where you want to be


Today, I am grateful to be focused on what matters most. 

I am learning how to stay curious and playful. 

I accomplished recognizing what "little me" is still longing for and taking a moment to honor her and to discharge the trauma energy associated with a need that will never be met. 

I delighted in a cupcake for breakfast, in an afternoon at the movies, and in celebrating the full moon with a ritual.
