hold on loosely but don't let go

Today, I am grateful that the discomfort I experience today is at a significantly lower volume than it’s been in the past, and as a result I have the space to approach it with curiosity, grace, and ease.

I am learning how to hold on loosely.

I accomplished accepting where I am in this moment.  The universe is asking me to patiently wait, she is challenging my trust and my deeply rooted desire to control, and she is teaching me how to hold onto my vision without attachment to the outcome.

I delighted in finding an awesome espresso machine for a third of the price I was expecting it to be, in rolling around on the ground like a child as part of my yoga practice, and in receiving beautiful cards full of wonderful words from two brilliant souls I love.
