let the energy flow through you

Today, I am grateful to be open to the magical ways the universe works naturally. 

I am learning how to let the energy of Source flow through me while I enjoy the process of living. 

I accomplished making it to my mat, taking the Poe for a walk, and volunteering. 

I delighted in a great close to another session with the kids and in receiving a goodbye hug from a student, in wrapping caramels for people I love, in snuggles from an adorable puppy, and in a spectacularly starry sky.
