missing you is a great reminder to love me


Today, I am grateful for the support, the encouragement, the love, and the laughter I get to share with my soul sisters, especially on the days I feel like shit. 

I am learning to focus on the good because letting go and moving on is more important than projecting a fantasy of what could have been. 

I accomplished writing a letter to my twin flame and using the memory of him and the feelings of missing him to remind myself to love and nurture me. 

I delighted in connecting the dots of past trauma to current behaviors, in feeling all the feels, and in painting rocks.
