burn brighter

Today, I am grateful for the wise souls that surround me. 

I am learning how to recognize the opportunities the universe gives me to grow and how to welcome them with grace and gratitude. 

I accomplished sharing my experience when prompted instead of desperately trying to insert my point of view. 

I delighted in sleeping in, in feeling the warmth of the bright sun on a walk with the Poebear, in making it to my mat and sharing a beautiful practice with people I love, in beers and great conversations with friends, and in celebrating how far I've come.
