question everything you think about yourself

Today, I am grateful to be in a place where I recognize feelings, can pause long enough to get curious about their root, and respond from a place of clarity and truth. 

I am learning how to practice true compassion, not needing anyone (including myself) to be different than they are, trusting that they are doing the very best with what they have, and that they have the very best intention with everything they do.  

I accomplished rescheduling plans with a friend I didn't have the energy for today and feeling at peace honoring my truth as a highly sensitive person. 

I delighted in reviewing the initial designs for the homepage of my new website, in sharing a beautiful yoga practice with my soul sisters, and in listening to live music with great friends.
