make your wildest dream come true


Today, I am grateful to witness the shift in my physical body since I have released past trauma and perpetual anxiety. 

I am learning that the practice of non-attachment is not the lack of attachment, it's the ability to release fixation and break free from an idea, an outcome, an experience.  Any desire to hold on tightly to something is a reflection of my sense of self in relation to that thing. 

I accomplished staying open to the endless possibilities. 

I delighted in a lazy morning snuggled in bed, in talking with my mentor, and in hearing from a friend who has been missing in action lately.
