never doubt who you are

Today, I am grateful for a warm and cozy home on this cold and windy day. 

I am learning how to love all the different parts of me. 

I accomplished helping a friend prepare for a coaching conversation with a team member. 

I delighted in watching a falcon fly over the snowy mountain tops.
