damn it feels good to be me

Today, I am grateful to be me. 

I am learning how valuable my therapy journals are, they act as a reminder of the things I have learned, and they help me share that knowledge with others. 

I accomplished connecting with a mentor and asking for what I need. 

I delighted in an email exchange with my mom, in spending the afternoon with two of my favorite people, in finding a new gnome for my whimsical garden, and in preparing a healthy home-cooked meals.
