"take your fears and let them go"


Today, I am grateful to be living my best life. 

I am learning how to move from my heart, to turn down the volume when my ego tries to tell me I'm not doing enough, knowing this narrative is just an echo of my past belief that I had to do something in order to be worthy. 

I accomplished starting my day with a great yoga flow lead by one of my favorite practitioners and, giving my garden some much deserved love. 

I delighted in having the window open and listening to a woodpecker during my yoga practice, in watching a deer prance through my backyard, in finding a beautiful moth perched in the hands of my buddha statue, and in making plans to see people I love.
