witness the miracle in each moment
Today, I am grateful for the breath, its ability to bring me back to the present moment, to help me stay curious, and to remind me that everything is temporary.
I am learning how to “move from my deepest impulse and let grace guide me," and to remember that "stress is just a sign that I have lost the present moment."
I accomplished witnessing discomfort and the auto-responses my mind uses to distract me from feeling the feelings.
I delighted in waking up with sore muscles, in yoga beer church, in trying a new place for lunch, and in pausing before reacting so I could feel all the feelings.
