value what you give your energy to


Today, I am grateful for how my reaction to "bad" news has shifted, I no longer get thrown off the merry-go-round when I am presented with something perceivingly negative.  Practicing dual awareness has given me the understanding that I can feel fear of financial insecurity and believe the universe is abundant simultaneously.  It is the resistance that causes suffering, when we feel the feelings, we can let the shit go. 

I am learning how to slow down, to stop seeking, and focus on the blessings in my life here and now. 

I accomplished spending another day focused on doing things that bring me comfort and joy. 

I delighted in a morning walk with the Poebear, in watching a little deer walk across my yard, and in spending the afternoon on the river with my bestie.
