every day is the best day

Today, I am grateful my sweet Poebear was finally able to keep down water, a little bit of food, and his antibiotics, and that we were both able to get some much-needed rest. 

I am learning how to recognize when negative beliefs creep in, to acknowledge them, to ask myself if they are grounded in truth, and to let them go. 

I accomplished relaxing after a stressful two days. 

I delighted in watching beautiful butterflies dance in the yard, in a hummingbird hovering over my head, and in my meditation practice.
