rise up and shine

Today, I am grateful for signs from the universe. 

I am learning how to navigate the messages my angels send me when repetitious thoughts of my twin flame arise. 

I accomplished pushing myself on my run. 

I delighted in connecting with my mentor, in serenading my plants while watering my whimsical garden, and in spending the afternoon with a friend I love.
