trust in the wonders of the future

Today, I am grateful for hope and endless possibilities. 

I am learning to trust in the wonders of the future. 

I accomplished making it to my mat and enjoying a much needed moving meditation. 

I delighted in singing with my awesome choir, in laughing at my perfectly imperfect timing, and in my sweet Poebear finally having a pain-free day.
