celebrate our interdependence

Today, I am grateful for opportunities to be of service, no matter how big or small. 

I am learning how to continually find the strength to overcome challenges and to consciously choose courage while embracing change. 

I accomplished holding space for my meditation practice. 

I delighted in watching my sweet Poebear run joyfully, in "until we see each other again" hugs, in an awesome backyard party, in exchanging messages with people I love, and in washing my face with cold water after a long hot day.
