you can always get back money, you can never get back the time

Today, I am grateful to know that money is simply energy, the looser our grasp the more freely it flows. 

I am learning I have room to become a better listener. 

I accomplished dedicating time and focus to research. 

I delighted in a great conversation with a local chef, in an awesome yoga practice, in connecting with people I love, in listening to live music, and in catching up with my person.
