Today, I am grateful for the full moon and her sweet, healing energy that supports me in letting go of all that is heavy. 

I am learning how to go with the pace of the universe and how she wants me to flow. 

I accomplished making a delicious zucchini noodle shrimp scampi. 

I delighted in witnessing a buck and a doe cross the canal together, in FaceTiming with people I love, and in tea with chocolate chip cookies.
