Today, I am grateful to no longer strive for perfection. 

I am learning to receive positive words from the people I love. 

I accomplished mindfully moving my body. 

I delighted in a healthy breakfast, in listening to music while stretching after a jog, in yoga with my community, in witnessing my awesome friend crush her live performance, and in driving home under the bright light of the super moon.
