Today, I am grateful to have practices that help me focus on the good. 

I am learning how to recognize when I am experiencing feelings of "not enoughness," and how to identify where these feelings are rooted in the past so I can let go of the old pain. 

I accomplished acknowledging when I felt taken care of by another person. 

I delighted in an awesome yoga practice, in helping kids make Rorschach paintings and paper caterpillars, and in a delicious caprese salad with fresh basil from my friend's garden.
