have a plan for rest

Today, I am grateful for the room to rest. 

I am learning how to not settle for anything less than I deserve. 

I accomplished being direct and speaking my truth. 

I delighted in sleeping in, in celebrating my soul sister's beautiful new wedding ring, and in yummy ice cream.
