Today, I am grateful for self-awareness, for the tools I have to help me on this journey, and for the opportunity to practice non-attachment and grow.
I am learning how to notice information and adjust my expectations and needs accordingly.
I accomplished taking responsibility for something I have blamed others for in the past.
I delighted in sleeping in, in a productive day, in dedicating time to reflect, and in receiving compliments directed at parts of me that in the past I have struggled to love.
