meet yourself where you are today

Today, I am grateful for the ways acts of service fills my heart and expands my soul. 

I am learning how to receive the abundant love in my life. I love myself and I am loved by others just as I am. 

I accomplished taking the Poebear for a walk, making it to my mat, running errands, and volunteering. 

I delighted in being gifted a drawing from a student, in sharing in a young girl’s enthusiasm when she told me “today is the best day ever,” in my favorite little boy telling me about his first crush, and in movie day with the kids.
