rise like a phoenix

Today, I am grateful for the opportunity to be a mentor.  Being of service by sharing my experience with young women navigating the business world fills my heart with joy. 

I am learning how to stand in my power during challenging conversations. 

I accomplished making plans for a date without attaching to an outcome. 

I delighted in receiving encouraging words from my friend and spiritual advisor, in rising with the sun, in enjoying a long foggy fall morning walk with the Poebear, in an awesome yoga practice led by my bestie, and in connecting with people I love.
