Today, I am grateful for the opportunity to shift from an anxious and/or avoidant to a secure relationship attachment style.
I am continually learning the work is never done.
I accomplished practicing self-monitoring, self-evaluation, and self-reinforcement.
I delighted in celebrating a step in my growth with my person, in feeling present in my body throughout my yoga practice, in our Wednesday night ritual of yoga, live music, beer, and connection, and in delicious roasted artichoke.
