checkmate reason


Today, I am grateful for non-attachment.  In the past, I gripped onto the good things fearing they would never come again.  Now, I appreciate the good in my life, let it go, and trust more will come in its time. 

I am learning how to trust my intuition as I navigate matters of the heart. 

I accomplished recognizing when my allergy to criticism was triggered, taking pause, and allowing myself to receive feedback from someone who used to criticize me regularly. 

I delighted in waking up to awesome kisses and snuggles, in deeply intimate conversations, in being welcomed home by a very happy Poebear, and in catching up with my bestie.
