endings are beautiful

Today, I am grateful for the hope that comes with a new year, for the endless possibilities ahead, and for the opportunity to continue growing. 

I am learning how to honor endings as much as beginnings. 

I accomplished taking a moment to appreciate all that I achieved in 2023. 

I delighted in an extended meditation, in yoga beer church, in connecting with my community, in spending time with my bestie, and in gifting a friend an oil to help with her recovery.
