give yourself permission to communicate what matters


Today, I am grateful to know that just because someone behaves a certain way doesn't mean it has anything to do with me. 

I am learning how and when to express my feelings. 

I accomplished giving myself permission to take the day to process, to grieve, and to comfort myself. 

I delighted in sleeping in, in a self-love meditation, in a long walk with the Poebear, in connecting with my friend and mentor, and in holding space for someone I love.
