remember the sweetness
Today, I am grateful to know the universe provides.
I am learning how to release the pain and remember the sweetness.
I accomplished accepting when I don't feel well my ability to practice mindfulness and observe emotions without attachment weakens.
I delighted in exchanging big hugs and loving words with my person, in knowing my bestie gets me, in my bestie holding space for me, and in treating myself to yummy Tom Kha soup for dinner.
