surround yourself with song

Today, I am grateful to be in a place where I recognize when I am taking things personally, and to have the tools that help me shift my thinking.  

I am learning how to accept the people I cannot change. 

I accomplished recognizing when I shutdown because of a perceived criticism. 

I delighted in leading yoga beer church, in getting to know a new friend, in being surrounded by song, in feeling held by the voices of my community, and in enjoying a Guinness in honor of St. Patrick's Day.
