“We are never more fully alive, more completely ourselves, or more deeply engrossed in anything than when we are playing.”

Today, I am grateful for opportunities to be of service and to get out of self.

I am learning how to take responsibility for my character defect of interrupting, that the root of this behavior comes from years of not being heard, and to apologize when it impacts others.

I accomplished letting my inner child play.

I delighted is witnessing an Osprey bring supplies to it's nest, in a morning meditation by the river, in receiving kind words from my dad, and in spending the afternoon with one of my favorite little humans.
