“grief is nature's way of healing”

Today, I am grateful for the people and places where I feel safe to express my feelings. 

I am learning how to “cooperate with grief so it can wash my emotional wounds and prepare them for healing.”

I accomplished being vulnerable, crying on a friend's shoulder, nurturing my body with ai chi, and staying out of self by helping a friend clean up their garden. 

I delighted in watching the Poebear run joyfully toward the trailhead, in stepping into the center of our singing circle and feeling held by voices and song, in spending the afternoon in the warm sun connecting with nature, and in an ice cold beer with a good friend after a full day.
