Today, I am grateful to feel like I’m finding my way back to center, focusing on the now instead of ruminating in the past or being fearful of the uncertain future.
I am learning what I like, what I’m good at, and where those things intersect.
I accomplished getting help from my financial advisor and sharing his wisdom with my person.
I delighted in teaching a meditation class, in a brief but meaningful conversation with someone I love, in being reminded of my strengths, in hugs, and in catching up over beers with my bestie.
